SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order during business hours of M-F / 9am – 5pm.
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Should you require your order quickly, please contact us directly at nurturingnaturecards@gmail.com as we can accommodate requests to use a courier,
at your cost.

All items are sent with tracking by Australian Post’s standard postal service.

RETURN POLICY
If you need to return an item, for either a refund or an exchange, please contact us at nurturingnaturecards@gmail.com office for a return.
If we have correctly filled your order, yet you wish to return it, we will accept the return and refund the cost of the merchandise only.
We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs.
In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original unused condition.
You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot 100% guarantee that every card will grow. Although we try our hardest to provide the best product we can for growth during the producing stage, we cannot control the many variables to grow a healthy plant i.e weather, after care and maintenance.
